LEED silver-certified office building

When United Properties renovated this two-building office complex in Bloomington, MN, it added energy-saving features that earned the center a LEED Silver Level certification for Existing Buildings. High-efficiency plumbing fixtures, use of green cleaning products and materials and a building-wide wellness and education program contributed to the certification, the first of its kind in the southwest Twin Cities market.
