United Properties began its work with C.H. Robinson in 2005 with a single-story, 150,000 SF building to accommodate the company’s operations center. The partnership continued as the companies worked together to develop a three-story headquarters and 18,000 SF data center. The final building, at 81,000 SF, finalizes the planned five-building campus – Eden Bluff Business Park – that serves as C.H. Robinson’s world headquarters. Eden Bluff Business Park is a 45-acre site located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and Charlson Road, adjacent to Flying Cloud Regional Airport and overlooking the Minnesota River Valley.
