Charitable Giving
United Properties has a long-standing history of creating deep roots by supporting the local communities where we work and live. We believe charitable giving is important to the health and well‐being of the community, is part of our obligation as corporate citizens and provides our employees with the opportunity to find fulfillment. We will strive to meet these responsibilities by sharing a percentage of company profits on an annual basis in the following four areas:

Employee Volunteering
Our UPLift program encourages community involvement through volunteerism, charitable giving, and sponsorships and serves as a complement to our civic-minded approach to development.
Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Policy: United Properties encourages employees to participate in community volunteer opportunities that are meaningful, purposeful, and helpful to those in need. A total of 16 paid time off hours will be provided annually to volunteer.
