Our team
In both Minneapolis and Denver, our team is working remotely. Both offices remain closed, and our team will continue to work from home in accordance with local shelter-in-place orders.
Our buildings
At buildings owned by United Properties, weâve stepped up our cleaning protocols, including more frequent cleaning of public areas and high-touch surfaces. Our senior living communities have adopted even more stringent policies to protect those at higher risk of complications from this disease.
Our tenants
We also understand this is a time of uncertainty for many businesses that lease space in our buildings. We are listening to our tenantsâ concerns and gaining an understanding of the impacts on individual businesses.
Our job sites
In Minnesota and Colorado, our construction sites continue to operate under the âcritical sectorâ and âcritical businessâ exemptions enumerated in Minnesota Emergency Executive Order 20-20 and Colorado Amended Public Health Order 20-24. We are working closely with our construction partners to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, while continuing to build the infrastructure that will support our community in the years ahead.
Monitoring the situation
Because this is a rapidly evolving situation, we are working closely with our property managers, employees and partners to ensure we are doing all we can. Together, we will continue to evaluate our response and update our protocols as needed based on guidance from the CDC and local health authorities, and on the needs of the community.
