Residents have an array of amenities to enjoy, including a multi-venue dining room, pub room, community room, salon, fitness room and yoga studio, sun porch and outdoor patio, underground parking and balconies on most units. Other services include daily chef-prepared meals, scheduled transportation services and a robust life enrichment program.
The development team implemented several advanced technologies in the common areas such as the bipolar ionization air filtering system to mitigate the spread of viruses, including SARS-2-CoV, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Located at 5501 American Blvd. W, the Bloomington location is United Properties’ sixth Cherrywood Pointe senior living development in the Twin Cities. Great Lakes Management will manage the facilities and customized health care services will be provided by Gentle Touch Health, including a 24-hour on-site team of licensed nurses and nurses’ assistants.
Weis Builders constructed the facility designed by Kaas Wilson Architects and Henrik & Co.
