MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 15, 2015) – United Properties has promoted Eva Stevens, executive vice president of asset management, to executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. In her new role, Stevens, a 14-year veteran of the firm, will oversee all aspects of accounting, operations and administration of the company, financial and capital planning and asset management.

Located near the intersection of County Road 81 and 89th Avenue North, construction of the 320,000-sq.-ft. speculative industrial building will begin Sept. 15 and be complete by June 2015.
