Meeting an urgent housing need

We partnered with StuartCo and the HRA of Bloomington to meet a pressing urban need: affordable workforce housing. This was the third and final phase of the Penn American District development in Bloomington, MN, The District also provided close access to metro employers while being within walking distance of retail and grocery. While the entire project was designed to meet the needs and price-point of the area’s workforce, fifty units were designated for households with incomes less than 50% of the area’s median.
